1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your place of residence. 3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons who lack capacity due to age, court order or other legal constraint are not eligible to hold an Account.

Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of twcbet4 or any affiliated entity are prohibited from holding a real-money Account. Any such Account discovered will be closed without payment of any Balance.

4. Account Registration

Each individual, household, IP address and device is permitted one Account. If duplicate Accounts are identified, twcbet4 may merge, suspend or permanently close them at its discretion. Any Bonus Funds obtained through duplicate Accounts will be voided.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. twcbet4 is not liable for loss arising from information you have provided incorrectly.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. twcbet4 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity on the Platform while you are logged in is deemed authorised by you unless you notify us of a suspected breach immediately. 5. Deposits and Payments

5.2 Deposit Limits

5.3 Processing Times

E-wallet transactions (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are generally credited promptly; bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB or Hong Leong Bank may take between five and fifteen minutes depending on the sending institution's processing schedule and any applicable verification checks. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to on-chain confirmation times. twcbet4 makes no guarantee of specific processing durations.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All Account Balances are maintained in MYR. Where a deposit is submitted in another currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from published market rates. Any conversion fees are the Member's responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Verification

Before a withdrawal request is processed, twcbet4 may require completion of KYC checks, including submission of a government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of payment method. Documents must be legible, unaltered and clearly match the Account registration details.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only available from your real-money Balance. Quoted odds and RTP figures are statistical measures that apply over large sample sizes and do not guarantee any specific return to an individual player within a given session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity, age or contact information at any stage.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Copying, distributing, reproducing or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written consent from twcbet4 is strictly prohibited.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Closure by Member

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting twcbet4 support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any withdrawal of real-money Balance must be requested according to the standard withdrawal procedure.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by twcbet4

twcbet4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice where it determines that these Terms have been breached, that activity poses a regulatory or fraud risk, or that continued service to a Member is no longer appropriate. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, twcbet4 may freeze the Balance pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.

14. Amendments
